This is NOT the first review for this product! I wrote one some time ago. The product advertised is a 100% polyester shirt. What I received was a 100% linen, incredibly wrinkled, "no iron" shirt...right. The shirt is very cheaply made, but certainly not cheap to buy. The ascot doesn't function at all. With shipping, this product cost me approximately $50. I have made NUMEROUS phone calls to Jekyll and Hyde, with initial promises to send me a return shipping envelope/label. I was promised the same thing with the second call. The third, fourth, fifth (etc.) calls were made to an answering machine...with no response. I can't even get the courtesy of a return phone call from these people. What a terrible way to do business. Shame, shame, shame!!!
